My first time into Yorkshire for a wedding commission, and I was very excited to see the Pennines in all their winter glory, all be it that it was meant to be Spring, on my drive over to the venue there was snow, which is not a surprise for the coldest March in history.
A lovely Yorkshire venue tucked away in the hills with a welcoming warm atmosphere and great views. The sun was shining on the day and even the breeze kept low so all could enjoy a day of spring. We had some great fun with the group shots, and as well as all the normal parts of the day we carried on the fun theme into the night. I loved the flowers on top of the candelabras and then the lit candles for the evening. I loved Jen’s dress, with its vintage looks, something really different from the norm. It was great to start the bride prep in Jen’s parents gorgeous cottage high on a hill, it took some finding, but combination of sat nav and a phone call soon sorted it.

“Hi Nigel, we had a look through our photos and they are fantastic! Thanks so much. It’s going to be tough to whittle them down for a sensible album! Jen’s very excited to get the memory stick and crack on. Cheers. Russel & Jen”
“Thank you for dropping off the pics- as russell said so happy with them. Your awesome at what you do! Now just have to pick which ones we want to print- we only have so much wall space! Jenny”
